Left lower lobectomy specimen：(lower lobe of left lung) 1、malignant tumor, combined with immunohistochemical results, diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma (papillary type); 2. No cancer tissue is found in bronchial stump;3、No metastasis was found in interlobar lymph nodes （0/2) and hilar lymph node(0/1).

TTF-1（+），CK7（+），Her2（30%,+），P53（+,Weak positive, a few cell），EGFR（Weak positive+），Ki-67（about 10%+）

Left lower lobectomy specimen：The volume is 15 * 8 * 5cm. There is a gray yellow mass with volume of 3.5 * 1.7 * 1.5cm. The section is gray white and medium in quality. The lung tissue adjacent to the tumor was gray red, soft, bronchiectasis was seen, and no obvious satellite lesions were found.
