The right upper lobe resection specimens: 1. (right upper lobe) peripheral invasive adenocarcinoma, mainly acinar, the cancer tissue invaded the pleura; 2. No cancer tissue was found in the bronchial stump; 3. Metastatic carcinoma was found in the para bronchial lymph nodes (1 / 4) and the (groups 2 、 4) lymph nodes (1 / 3)； No metastasis was found in lymph nodes (0 / 1).
